Oh and by the way the internet never worked for any of our family members and friends and of course they charge “resort fees”. We will be calling today for a full refund. When we tried to book with other hotels/casinos all were sold out so we had to deal with whatever the Flamingo gave us. I want a refund for such a horrible stay. Lipstick on walls as if someone kissed the wall. When we tried to speak to a manager the front deke attendant stated there were no managers. The following day, our towels were left and never changed out and vomit in the hallway that did not get cleaned and smelled awful. My wife marked the pillow cases with a dry erase marker and after our long day the linens were not changed. We asked room service to get housekeeping to change our linens. As we stepped in the floor was sticky and filthy. Let’s begin by saying our stay was horrible, when we checked in our hotel linens were filthy and prior to walking into the room, a pile of wet towels greeted us at the door. Speaking with other guests in the same long line to complain, some had no running water and others had same issues with maid service, sheets, towels and no AC. So they played hide the manager when you returned to follow-up on their promises. The clerks at the front desk to assist with checking in and out were rude and the managers lied and didn't comp resort fees like promised and one manager would not assist if you dealt with another manager. We were told that they were short on sheets. in the morning and when we returned that night still no maid service. Maid service was no where to be found-they actually brought me sheets, towels and trash liners one night to clean my own room and change my own sheets. Our next room was better except the AC was not working to its full potential. We ended up switching rooms within 2 hours as the door lock fell off, safe was not working, lights flashed like it was a club and the AC stopped working. We did choose to eat lunch in the cabana and had a bit of down time. The daybed are nice but if you have a larger group the cabana for sure. Is it worth it? Well, currently the pool attendance is cut in half and with limited capacity the sure way to guarantee access is to rent a cabana or a daybed. In the pool, I guess the chlorine likely kills Covid? Is it worth the cost? So a cabana ranges from $200- $600 on weekends. It just seems like weird masks rules, but we followed them. Covid: You have to wear a mask at all times outside of the pool except when eating or drinking. Derrick brought us towels, set the mist, turned off the mist, turned it back on again, etc. They are your personal cabana boy and cocktail server. Derrick and Crystal were phenomenal! Catered to our every need. We ended up in a cabana and it was awesome. I am older and did not necessarily want to spend the entire day in the pool. #CabanaLife It was my god-daughter's 21st birthday.
